Third-Party Software: Our Software relies on third-party software, namely MySQL. It is the user's responsibility to acquire, install, and maintain third-party software per the appropriate conditions set by the third party.

Software Suitability: This Software has not been "qualified" for use in the design and/or development of safety-critical applications. Users are responsible for performing any additional rigor in their processes necessary to independently verify that any data provided to or from the Software is correct and complete.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, security breaches, harm to property or persons, errors from incorrect processing results, errors due to omissions, errors due to unintended inclusions, or any unintended consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the Software.
